Please read this agreement carefully before accepting its terms, as it outlines your responsibilities once you download the application and start using it. By using the application and its services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and accept to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree with any or all of the terms of this agreement, please do not access, use, or download this application or any materials from it.
These terms and conditions are not to be used against the Maw'ed application but are considered an agreement governing the relationship between all parties. Any ambiguity or confusion in this agreement should not be clarified in a way that negatively impacts any party's interest.
No other terms and conditions, aside from those mentioned by the Maw'ed application below, are applicable unless the CEO of the application signs an agreement confirming adherence to other terms and conditions. Any agreement, whether verbal or written, not signed by the officially authorized party does not legally bind the Maw'ed application with any responsibilities or obligations.
Maw'ed application advises all subscribers and members to read the terms and conditions governing their relationship with its customers. Continuing the registration process is considered an agreement to all the laws that clarify the relationship between the two parties.
- The previous introduction is considered an integral part of the rules and regulations governing the relationship between the Maw'ed application and its customers.
- These terms and conditions govern your use of our application and services and are considered a binding contract between you and us regarding your use of the application and services. By pressing "I have read these terms and conditions" and clicking "I agree" when registering to become a member of the Maw'ed application, you explicitly accept these terms and conditions.
- Maw'ed application reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you. If we do so, we will display a notification of this amendment in the application. Your continued use of the application and services is considered explicit acceptance of any such amendment.
- You acknowledge that the Maw'ed application's work is a commercial mediation between the customer and the service provider, where an electronic notification is sent to the customer interested in the service containing booking details. You also explicitly acknowledge that you have reviewed the status of the provided service.
- Every user must book the service using the application's tools and services by registering their data, choosing a username, and creating a password to access the application's services and tools.
- If the user violates the application's terms and laws, all legal actions will be taken against them.
- Registration as a member is available to all individuals; however, we reserve the right to refuse membership or exclude any individual from the application. We also reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or modify membership at our sole discretion.
- We do not guarantee access to the Maw'ed application at any time, nor do we guarantee uninterrupted, delay-free, or secure access without errors. Therefore, we reserve the right to suspend or stop the application or services for any reason without any responsibility or obligation towards you.
- The customer must provide us with all their personal data when submitting a membership registration request and while using the application and services. We will respect the privacy of this data, collect, use, disclose, or process your data according to our Privacy Policy, which the customer accepts by continuing to use the application or services. The customer must keep their data accurate and updated and promptly provide us with any new or modified data.
- The customer must notify us immediately if they believe their account, username, or password has been compromised. They must inform us immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide them with a new username and password. However, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate their use of the application and services at our sole discretion.
- Maw'ed application has the right to limit, suspend, or terminate any services provided by the application. It also has the right to prevent users from accessing the application, remove any published materials, or take electronic or legal actions to prevent users from accessing the application without prior notice. The application has the right to cancel inactive or unverified accounts when necessary.
- Adhere to the terms and conditions and the instructions provided by the Maw'ed application.
- Do not engage in any activity that could negatively affect the application's infrastructure or prevent its users from accessing it or restrict access to certain users by any means.
- Do not publish false, misleading, or inaccurate information that could harm or damage any party's reputation. Do not disturb application visitors by sending materials that could harm, spy on, or annoy any party, or send fabricated messages or materials to the Maw'ed application.
- Do not use hacking programs or bots to access the application without prior permission for any reason, and comply with all relevant laws related to combating cybercrimes.
- Keep your username and password confidential and agree that you alone are responsible for actions taken using your username and password to access the application or services, whether these actions were taken by you or a third party, with or without your consent or knowledge.
- Electronic System:A single unit of several interconnected systems on the site that cannot be divided, including the electronic booking system, electronic payment system, billing system, SMS system, notification system, server hosting, and other related systems.
- System Management: The management of the electronic system for the Maw'ed application project.
- Service Provider:The owner of the business who is subscribed to one of the electronic system packages of the Maw'ed application.
- Customer: A person who has visited the Maw'ed application and wishes to book or obtain the service.
- Service Definition:Maw'ed application is an electronic booking system created by communicating with the project management. Through it, the service to be booked is displayed by uploading photos and videos, describing the service, and setting the service booking price. This allows any interested customer to book it in the available time slots. Once the customer confirms their choice and expresses their desire to book, the payment process occurs. After payment, this forms a legally binding contract between the parties according to the state's applicable laws and the terms governing each service in the application as per the terms and conditions.
- Maw'ed Applicationis an electronic intermediary system between the customer and the service provider, where an electronic notification is sent to the customer interested in the service containing booking details.
- The information available to the customer in the Maw'ed application is provided by the service provider, who is responsible for providing real and updated photos, prices, available days, service details, and available booking periods. Any incorrect information is not the responsibility of the electronic system management.
Prices:The prices are according to the package displayed on the official system website, plus 500 fils service fees for some but not all business activities.
Electronic Payment Method: These are approved payment companies contracted with the Maw'ed application management. The application management has the right to link them with the website and change them if there is any malfunction in one of the companies to ensure payment processes are completed without any delay or postponement.
- Payment must be made through the application (electronic system) only. If you make any payment outside the website, it is considered a breach of the system and terms and conditions, and the management bears no responsibility for the consequences of this action.
- After making the payment, the appointment is booked. The customer has the right to change the appointment 24 hours before the scheduled time, according to the available slots with the service provider.
- In case of cancellation, the amount paid is non-refundable, as the service provider incurs a loss of potential earnings. We do not have a refund policy, and we bear no responsibility for any refunded amounts between users or between the application and its users.
- By using this electronic platform and this service, you are considered to have read and explicitly agreed to all the terms and conditions, making this a binding contract. The terms and conditions were presented on the website upon entry, and you accepted them.
- These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
- In case of any conflict between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
